AMS Student Assistantship Program Application

To apply for the AMS Student Assistantship Program students must complete two separate application forms - the AMS Application and the University's General Scholarship Application.  The General Scholarship Application will ask for most of the required student information, whereas the AMS Application is a supplemental form which asks for additional information needed for assistantship consideration. Prior to completing the AMS Application, click on Step 2 - Review USDA AMS Website.  This link will take you to the AMS website where you are asked to look over the information on the site so that you will be familiar with the different AMS programs and their purpose.  You will need to have some knowledge of these programs to complete a portion of the application.  When you are ready to proceed to the AMS Application click on the link for Step 3 - Complete AMS Application.  Once you have completed this form you will be asked if you wish to proceed to the University's General Scholarship Application.  If you have not already completed the General Scholarship Application you will need to do so to be considered for the AMS Assistantship Program.  If you should have questions or problems completing this process contact Dr. Steven Rocca at (559)278-5088 or srocca@csufresno.edu
